Over the years I have come to realize that the first step to address worry is recognize it as a piece of our imagination. So often we find ourselves consumed with things that are out of our control, all the what ifs that circle us like a pack of hungry wolves. Just putting it out of your mind is not always the easiest thing to do.
The purpose of a timeless wardrobe is to provide a staple to your closet that you can use year after year and not look dated. From the simple black dress to the set of pearls, you know you are ready for those important days regardless of the time of year.
Some helpful tips when finding the timeless wardrobe that is perfect for you is to consider the style, the cut, the color and ask yourself if it is right for you. Staples tend to be more earth tone, since they rarely go out of style. Shop for quality and you will be able to see your pieces last for years.

You may wonder what success we’re referring to. The truth is we overlook so many achievements we do each day that deserve better recognition. Here are some examples, the list is endless:
being an honest person
making others smile
being reliable
returning someone’s call
hearing thank you
making good memories with someone
pausing for thought before just reacting
really listening when it counts
Have a thought you’d like to share? We would love to hear from you!
Your subconscious believes what you tell it. There is no room for negative thoughts. Here are some affirmations you can say to yourself (as well as your subconscious) and start living in the positive.
The past has no power over me
When I believe in myself, so do others
I will feel good things about me today
I release the need to be right all the time and to judge others and I am free
I easily forgive all those that need forgiving and I forgive myself
Random Acts of Kindness: The phrase “Practice random kindness and senseless acts of beauty” may have been coined by peace activist Anne Herbert. Herbert says she wrote it on a placemat at a Sausalito restaurant in 1982 or 1983.
Simple ideas anyone can do:
Get a few coworkers together and each week take turns buying a small bouquet of flowers. As a small group find a random someone who’s brightened your day and thank them with the bouquet.
